Returning

When retuning your contracted vehicle, the below stated things should be returned, if they were available at the time at the hand over:

Car registration license and green card (emission check document)

Fuel card

Maintenance + service checks book

Manuals

Radio code and/navigation code

All keys (incl. spare) + remote controls

Certificates of alarm installed

Wheel locks of alloy rims

All legal obligatory accessories (triangle, first aid kit, light-bulb kit)

When you return your car at the delivery point the car should be clean in order to make the correct inspection. If necessary, Business Lease can arrange paid cleaning of your car at the site.

In case of all damages we will check if these damages have been reported in the past a Business Lease. In case you have reported these damages we will only charge you for the agreed deductible. In case the damage has not been reported we will charge you for the loss of value.

When equipment, which are included in the lease contract, such as radio, navigation system of others are missing, we will reinvoice you for the replacement value. In case damages appear we have to recharge you for the repair costs.

After expiration of the lease contract term all company logos or commercial text has to be removed. In case of damages we will charge you for the repair costs.

Damage of the paint by acids like bird shit, resin or other materials are not accepted. Repair costs are recharged.
